In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the waw4 website located at https://waw4.cam and all associated services, games, and betting markets accessible through that domain.
• "We," "Us," "Our" refers to waw4, the internationally operated online gaming platform that owns and operates the Platform.
• "You," "User," "Player" means any individual who accesses, browses, or registers an account on the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered member account created by a User on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and eligible bonus funds held in a User's Account at any given time.

By registering an account on waw4, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age.

• You are not acting on behalf of any third party, organization, or commercial syndicate.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a waw4 employee or contractor.
• You do not have an existing waw4 account that has been suspended, closed for cause, or subject to a self-exclusion order.
• The information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.

waw4 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time. If a User is found to be under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits will be returned in accordance with applicable procedures.

Each User is permitted to hold only one active Account on the waw4 Platform. The creation of duplicate accounts, whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers, is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and constitutes Prohibited Activity.

When registering, you must provide a valid email address, a secure password, and accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, and preferred payment method. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. waw4 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account where that access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

waw4 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons for such a decision. Registration does not constitute a contractual obligation on the part of waw4 to accept wagers or process transactions in every instance.

Before processing any withdrawal request, waw4 requires all Users to complete a KYC verification process. This process is designed to confirm your identity, verify your age, and ensure compliance with our anti-money laundering obligations. KYC documentation is handled securely and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Required KYC documents typically include:

• A government-issued photo identification document (Indonesian National Identity Card / KTP, or a valid passport).
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (bank statement, utility bill, or official government correspondence).

All financial transactions on the waw4 Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). waw4 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred on the User's side are the User's sole responsibility.

Accepted Deposit Methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum deposit amounts vary by method and are displayed at the point of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to the Account within 1–15 minutes of confirmation by the payment provider.

Withdrawal Processing: Verified Accounts (KYC-compliant) are eligible to submit withdrawal requests at any time. Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–24 hours during normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, public holidays including Idul Fitri and Nyepi, or where additional compliance checks are required.

• Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for deposits, and only to an account registered in the User's own verified name.
• Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. waw4 will not transfer winnings to any account not registered in the Account holder's verified name.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. The maximum single withdrawal amount is Rp 500.000.000 per transaction, subject to account tier and applicable compliance limits.
• waw4 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard processing. Any fees charged by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider are the User's responsibility.

waw4 periodically offers bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered Users. All promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to the Account as Bonus Funds and are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn.
• The standard wagering requirement on welcome bonuses is 30× the bonus amount. Individual promotions may carry different requirements as specified in the promotional terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the promotional terms. Bonus Funds that remain unconverted at expiry will be forfeited without compensation.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live dealer games typically contribute 10%, while slot titles contribute 100% un less stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active on an Account at any given time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus is active will result in the previous bonus being forfeited.

• waw4 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players with active bonuses at the time of withdrawal will have their bonus and associated wagering progress forfeited.

All sports bets placed on the waw4 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, market, and event in question. The following general betting rules apply across all markets:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. waw4 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets that would result in a payout exceeding the Platform's single-event liability limit.
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to be correct for the bet to win. If one or more selections are voided (e.g., due to event cancellation), the bet is recalculated without the voided selection(s) at adjusted odds.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the live-betting rules applicable at the time of placement. waw4 may suspend live betting markets at any time without notice.
• For togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets, draw results are sourced from the official draw authorities for each respective market (SGP, HK, SDY, Macau). In the event of a dispute regarding draw results, the official published result from the source authority is final.
• For slot and casino games, the outcome of each round is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee outcomes in any single session.
• waw4 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a technical error, incorrect odds posting, or market suspension that affected the integrity of the wager.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the waw4 Platform. Engagement in any Prohibited Activity will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Bonus Funds, and may result in the withholding of withdrawals pending investigation:

• Creating or operating more than one Account, whether personally or through a third party.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not available to standard users.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider trading on sporting outcomes, or any form of collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a technical error must be reported immediately and are not eligible for withdrawal.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Allowing a third party to access or operate your Account, regardless of whether that third party has your permission.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or e-wallet provider while funds remain in your Account Balance or as pending withdrawals.
• Harassment, abusive language, or threatening behavior directed at waw4 support staff or other users via any communication channel.

waw4 cooperates with law enforcement authorities and financial institutions in the investigation of suspected fraud and financial crime. Any information gathered during such investigations may be shared with the relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

waw4 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing a safe gaming environment for all Users. We recognize that for a small proportion of players, gambling can become harmful, and we take our duty of care seriously.

• The right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written consent from waw4.
• The right to scrape, index, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated means.
• The right to use the waw4 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any external publication, advertisement, or social media post without prior written authorization.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, PG Soft, and Spribe is licensed to waw4 and remains the intellectual property of the respective studio. Users have no rights to such content beyond their personal use of the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, waw4 expressly excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions — whether express or implied — regarding the Platform, its availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from error.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, waw4's maximum aggregate liability to any single User in connection with any event or series of related events shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User to their waw4 Account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

waw4 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

By using the Platform, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute-resolution process.
